RMX4600 RailMount Uncut (Usable Face = 11.375"W x 6.75"H) (28.9cm W x 17.1cm H)
RailMount NavPods are best used for mounting of an autopilot control, sailing instrument, or small chartplotter onto an existing pedestal guard. Fits onto any 1" or 1.25" diameter tube. A Chromed Stainless Steel arm is used to mount a NavPod. The NavPod can rotate 180 degrees for easy viewing while sitting under the dodger on a rainy day. All wire run from the NavPod, down the center of the stainless steel arm, and into the pedestal guard. This application provides a clean and sturdy installation for electronics, without replacement of the pedestal guard.
All RailMounts Include:
Acrylic capped ABS plastic
Chromed stainless steel tamper-proof fasteners
Double Seal for watertight integrity
Models are available pre-cut for popular electronics
Chromed stainless steel arm with swivel mount
Two sets of adaptors included for 1" or 1.25" diameter tubing
The Hi-Gloss Material
NavPods are manufactured with a custom co-extruded acrylic capped
ABS material. We use the absolute best UV resistant material that provides a
very high gloss white finish that matches gel-coated fiberglass. The Gen3
enhancements now include a thicker gauge material that improves strength and
provides for better structural rigidity.
The Waterproof Seal
All NavPods are manufactured with a double gasket system providing
an excellent watertight seal between the front and back of the NavPod for
protection of your Marine Electronics. NavPods are made to withstand the
harshest of wet offshore boating conditions. Gen3 enhancements include a
thicker external silicone gasket with improved flush fit. The internal EPDM
gasket is now 50% thicker and is not subject to "compression set" like many
rubber compounds. This is important when you need to open the NavPod in the
future to service your electronics.
The Nickel Chrome Plated Screws
We use all stainless steel mounting hardware that is supplied with
each NavPod. Large round head tamperproof screws have deeper sockets for the
NavPod wrench for better holding ability when tightening than the previous
screws. For Gen3 we provide nickel chrome-plated stainless steel tamperproof
screws for security combined with a little bling!
The Manufacturing Process
Heavy-gauge thermoforming is considered an art since many processes
come into play. It all starts with the design and development of the
tooling. We are fortunate to have experienced in-house design engineers who
utilize CAD programs like Solidworks, Catia and AutoCad. Surfcam is used to
interface with our CNC machining centers to produce quality tools with
precision tolerances. We have re-designed and re-tooled all of the popular
NavPods. We have reviewed all of the former products and selected the best
design elements of each and incorporated them in every new Gen3
product.
Our Commitment to Quality
We are committed to producing the best possible waterproof housing
for Marine Electronics. Now with two decades of experience under our belt,
we are confident you will have years of trouble free service and a long
lasting high gloss finish. We will stand behind our commitment by now
offering a 10-year warranty on all new Gen3 NavPods.

Hustler® - Right Hand - Aluminum Propeller - H1-1011 - 3-Blade - 10.875" x 11 Pitch
Turning Point has built their reputation on a relentless focus on engineering the best performing aluminum propellers in the World. Utilizing state-of-the-art Squeeze Casting technology, they produce Hustler 3 Blade Propellers that run as fast as their competitors' Stainless Steel Props, and even sometimes faster! Super stiff metallurgy, unique blade geometry, aggressive pitch, rake, and cup all give you the best they can offer: Stainless Performance at Aluminum Prices! Not only does top speed, handling and hole shot improve, but also mid-range performance, which will save you a ton in gas usage. If you want the most your boat and engine combination can offer, then the Hustler 3 Blade delivers.
The Three Blade Hustler is great for boaters looking to get the most top end out of their boat, and offer excellent bow lifting capabilities. These props are perfectly matched to mid-range horsepower pontoons, fishing, ribs, and tiller boats. It will fit all 6-75hp outboards with 2.5", 3", and 3.5" gearcases from all engine manufacturers.
Squeeze Cast for Added Strength
Stainless steel performance is built into the Hustler Aluminum prop line. This is achieved through unique blade geometry and an exclusive Turning Point manufacturing process, Squeeze Casting. This process generates the highest mechanical properties attainable in a cast aluminum prop resulting from high density tighter grain structure. Stiffer blades means less flex and a faster prop. Competitors' Aluminum propellers are manufactured utilizing old Die-Cast process that produces props with air bubble, voids, and granularity. Weak, lack of strength and stiffness. Difficult to repair. Blades Flex under load, inefficient, loss of propulsive efficiency.
Long Lasting Ultracoat™ Powder Coated Finish
Exclusive to Turning Point, the Ultracoat powder coat rivals a fine automotive finish, and is more durable than paint. Utilizing a state-of-the-art five step process, Ultracoat gives the propeller a shiny, uniform appearance that enhances any boat's good looks. This is the Gold Standard in Aluminum Corrosion Protection. Prop looks Newer Longer! Compared to Competitors' 4 step Paint and Coating Processes that result in much less abrasion and corrosion resistance.
Large Free Flowing Exhaust Ports
Turning Point's Propeller Housings have massive Exhaust flow pathways. Their Propellers have 40% more exhaust flow Area versus competive product. More exhaust flow and less backpressure can generate more horsepower. Like headers for your boat.
Turning Point manufactures Hustler propellers to fit 6-300+hp Evinrude®, Force®, Honda®, Johnson®, Mariner®, Mercruiser®, Mercury®, Nissan®, OMC®, Parsun®, Suzuki®, Tohatsu®, Volvo® Penta®, and Yamaha® Outboards and Sterndrives. Choose one of our Lifetime Warranty MasterGuard Installation Kits to fit your engine, then choose the propeller that matches your boating requirements. There are 3 and 4 blade, left and right rotation prop models with a variety of diameter and pitch options available for almost all boat types. Turning Point's Props Run Faster, Pull Harder, and Handle Better.
Note: A Hub Kit is required for installation of this propeller. See the Turning Point Selection Chart or the Prop Wizard™ for hub kit selection.
