Applications for the March 893-09 Magnetic Drive Pump include computer cooling, photographic processing equipment, refrigeration systems, and water displays.
March Pump's industrial 893-09 is an American submersible seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump ideal for applications such as chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, and heat transfer. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 2.7 gallons per minute at 1 foot, and its maximum head is 10.6 Feet (or around 4.5PSI). The pump must be used submerged. The standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution) is composed of Noryl, Nylon, Carbon/Teflon, Buna N, Stainless Steel, and Ceramic Magnet. When submerged Epoxy, Delrin, and the motor leads are also in contact with the solution. The inlet connection is 0.375 inch female pipe thread, and the outlet is 0.375 inch smooth. The standard motor is a 0.006 Horsepower DC Brushless Motor, available in 12 Volts. The 12 Volt Motor has an operating range from 7 to 14 Volts. The maximum internal pressure the pump can tolerate is 50PSI, and the maximum liquid temperature is 190 Fahrenheit or 87 Celsius when not submerged, or 130 Fahrenheit or 54 Celsius when submerged. The March 893-09 centrifugal magnetic drive pump is capable of handling mildly or highly corrosive chemicals, acids, and solvents.
