Series 25 T-Track - Composite Slide - 102mm(4")
For small keel boats and sportsboats T-track jib leads are a great blend of performance and functionality in a simple, efficient package. Composite slide bodies with plunger stops run on anodised aluminium track, and allow quick and easy manual adjustment.
Lightweight
Composite jib lead cars continue the design philosophy of the award winning Ronstan BB and RT Orbit Blocks™, with virtually all metal components now replaced with high-tech polymers and fibre equivalents. The car design has been modelled and optimised using finite element analysis and rapid prototyping techniques to achieve maximum strength-to-weight characteristics. Orbit Block™ models use a Dyneema® Link which is 10 times stronger and lighter than steel, to provide the articulated connection between block and car.
Integrated Functionality
The clever 2-piece car body is molded from a composite material that delivers low friction on the alloy track without the need for separate inserts. It also provides the required mechanical strength without the weight and corrosion drawbacks of metal parts. An integrated becket at the forward end of the car suits 2:1 sheet systems and the removable threaded pin allows easy fitting of alternate blocks and accessories.
Low Profile and Compact
Sleek styling and the positioning of the attachment pin provide a low lead aft for the lead block. The Dyneema® Link allows full articulation. The plunger stop button has a flush finish and the contoured form of the car eliminates the chance of lines and sails becoming snagged.
Precise Adjustment
The ergonomic plunger stop toggle combined with low friction of the car body allows for easy one-handed adjustment. The toggle is located at the rear of the car for easy access from the cockpit on sports boats and small keel boats. An arrow is located on the side to indicate the position of the stop for repeatable settings. A 'Racing' track has 25mm(63/64") stop hole spacing for even more precise control of the car position and sheeting angle.
Features:
Low profile and lightweight
Removable attachment pin to suit either Dyneema® Link or a shackle
Integrated becket for 2:1 headsail sheet systems
Applications:
Headsail sheet leads on boats up to 8M (26').
Materials:
Toughened, glass fibre reinforced Nylon slide.

PP5205 PowerPod Pre-Cut for Raymarine eS127/eS128 - Carbon Black
PP5200 Series, PowerPods for Power are a better option than bracket mounting. PowerPods provide a clean look for flush mounting with the advantage of a swivel base. The trunion bracket that is supplied with most electronics is not optimal. PowerPods have the advantage of protecting the back of the electronics from harsh saltwater spray. Most manufacturers do an excellent job of protecting the face of the display from water intrusion with sealed rubber push buttons. The back is generally not waterproof. They are expecting you to flush mount it into the console or a NavPod. The PowerPod also protects the plastic connectors and wires from deterioration caused by long term exposure to UV.
PowerPods for Sail are for mounting on a flat surface. Perhaps under the dodger or aft end of the cockpit table especially on boats with dual wheels.
All PowerPods Include
Acrylic capped ABS plastic
Chromed stainless steel tamper-poof fasteners
Double seal for watertight integrity
Models are available pre-cut for popular electronics
Swivel Base with large pass-through for wire harness

The Hi-Gloss Material
NavPods are manufactured with a custom co-extruded acrylic capped ABS material. We use the absolute best UV resistant material that provides a very high gloss white finish that matches gel-coated fiberglass. The Gen3 enhancements now include a thicker gauge material that improves strength and provides for better structural rigidity.
The Waterproof Seal
All NavPods are manufactured with a double gasket system providing an excellent watertight seal between the front and back of the NavPod for protection of your Marine Electronics. NavPods are made to withstand the harshest of wet offshore boating conditions. Gen3 enhancements include a thicker external silicone gasket with improved flush fit. The internal EPDM gasket is now 50% thicker and is not subject to "compression set" like many rubber compounds. This is important when you need to open the NavPod in the future to service your electronics.
The Nickel Chrome Plated Screws
We use all stainless steel mounting hardware that is supplied with each NavPod. Large round head tamperproof screws have deeper sockets for the NavPod wrench for better holding ability when tightening than the previous screws. For Gen3 we provide nickel chrome-plated stainless steel tamperproof screws for security combined with a little bling!
The Manufacturing Process
Heavy-gauge thermoforming is considered an art since many processes come into play. It all starts with the design and development of the tooling. We are fortunate to have experienced in-house design engineers who utilize CAD programs like Solidworks, Catia and AutoCad. Surfcam is used to interface with our CNC machining centers to produce quality tools with precision tolerances. We have re-designed and re-tooled all of the popular NavPods. We have reviewed all of the former products and selected the best design elements of each and incorporated them in every new Gen3 product.
