When using the Extend Your Step with two steps. Place the boarding ladder extension on the last rung of your boarding ladder, as pictured here.
There are holes to secure it to your boarding ladder with plastic wire ties,(not included).
When using this get close to your boarding ladder, place both feet on the Extend Your Step, now add your body weight by standing straight up. This will help prevent any swing you get when boarding.

When Using the Extend Your Step Three, do not secure it to your boarding ladder unless you follow the above procedure for boarding. You can stow the Extend Your Step Three on the last rung as pictured above.
When used for boarding move this three step extension up to your second boarding ladder step. Now you have a secure boarding ladder extension with no swing.
The Extend Your Step Three is a great Dinghy ladder, due to the added step. When being used as a Dinghy ladder try to get the ladder connected to a line or the Dinghy as high up as possable. This will help eliminate the ladder swinging under the Dinghy.
The newly revised Extend Your Step Three will fit any boarding ladder from 7/8" to 1 1/4" rung size.
