Yamada NDP-20BSN 3/4 in Stainless Steel AODD Pump, Buna-N Diaphragms
The Yamada NDP-20BSN is a genuine Yamada NDP-20 series air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump, built with a stainless steel pump body and Buna-N (NBR) diaphragms and valve balls. It uses compressed shop air, not electricity, to reciprocate a pair of diaphragms that alternately draw fluid in on one side of the pump and push it out the other, which lets it run dry without damage, self-prime from a lift, and pass moderate solids without stalling.
With a 3/4 in port and up to 31.7 GPM, this pump is sized for medium-to-heavy duty transfer, dosing and wash-down work. As with any AODD pump, never run it against a fully closed discharge valve for an extended period, and keep the air supply filtered and regulated to protect the air valve.

Q: Can it run submerged?
No. Air-operated diaphragm pumps exhaust air through the muffler and are not designed for submerged operation.
Q: What air pressure does it need?
