The Yamada K20-MH is a genuine Yamada wet end repair kit for NDP-20 series air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps. It contains the parts that touch the pumped fluid directly: the diaphragms and the check valve balls and seats that make the pump move liquid in one direction only.
Rebuilding the wet end restores full stroke volume and stops the slow cycling, lost prime or product-at-the-muffler symptoms that a cracked diaphragm or a worn check ball causes. Replace both diaphragms and all the check valve components together, even if only one side has failed, since they have run the same duty cycle and wear together.
