The Proven Pump ISRK-360S is the genuine rebuild kit for the 360 and 365 Series utility transfer pumps. It goes a step further than an impeller kit by adding the shaft seal to the impeller and gasket, which means the pump head can be taken right down and put back together without anything left over from last time still in it.
That shaft seal is the reason to choose this kit. An impeller change restores flow, but it does nothing about the seal behind it, and the seal is what keeps pumped liquid out of the motor. A pump that has done a few seasons usually needs both, and the seal is only reachable with the head off - which is exactly where you already are when you change the impeller. Q: Which kit should I choose for my pump?
If the pump only lost flow and the head is dry, an impeller kit is enough. If it is weeping behind the head, or it has several seasons on it, take the kit that includes the seal.
Q: Can I fit the seal without any special tools?
