Pulsafeeder UD10-XL-LSAUXXX Dolphin UD10 Pump
The Pulsafeeder UD10-XL-LSAUXXX is a Mec-O-Matic Dolphin Series UD10 peristaltic chemical feed pump, rated at 13 gallons per day (2.05 LPH) against up to 25 PSI and wired for 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz. It uses a synthetic rubber pump tube in a quick release, twist off, clear polycarbonate head, so you can see the tube working and change it in minutes, with a self lubricating roller assembly and no tube adjustment.
The drive is a heavy duty shaded pole gear motor with lifetime lubrication and heat treated metal gearing, protected by a thermal or impedance protected motor and a 10 minute solid state current interrupter. The pump housing is chemical resistant resin with mounting pads and a built in wall bracket, and it comes with a PVC injection fitting with check valve, a polypropylene strainer and polyethylene tubing. It is a simple, fixed rate feeder for low pressure injection.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can the Dolphin feed into a pressurized line?
Yes, up to 25 PSI at the injection point. For higher line pressures a diaphragm metering pump is the better choice.
Q: Does it need priming?
No. A peristaltic pump is self priming and will pull chemical up the suction line on its own.
Q: How is the output set?
The Dolphin UD10 is a fixed rate pump. Feed is controlled by how long it runs, for example from a timer or a flow switch.
Q: What is the main service item?
The pump tube. Replace it at the first sign of cracking or reduced output, before it splits.
