The Jabsco 23680-4003 Water Puppy is a 12V DC bronze flexible impeller transfer pump with a nitrile impeller, built for general transfer pumping where self-priming and debris tolerance are required. It delivers a nominal 8 GPM (30.4 LPM), self-primes from dry up to 6 feet, and lifts up to 20 feet once primed.
The ports have an external 1 inch hose barb and internal 1/2 inch pipe threads, and two male port adapters are provided for connecting 3/4 inch female garden hose fittings. This is an intermittent-duty pump that cannot run against a closed outlet such as a garden hose shut-off nozzle, and normal operating pressure should not exceed 20 feet of head (8.7 psi).
