It delivers a nominal 11 GPM (720 GPH, 44 LPM) at 10 feet of total head, self-primes from dry up to 8 feet, and lifts up to 20 feet once primed, making it a strong choice for bilge pumping, washdown, circulation and general transfer.
Bilge debris is no problem for the bronze-bodied flexible impeller design, and the simple construction means fewer wearing parts, all user serviceable. Ports accept 1/2 inch BSP threads or 1 inch ID hose. Suction lines must be airtight for the pump to self-prime, and because the pump relies on the liquid for lubrication it should never run dry for more than 30 seconds.

Q: Can this pump handle oily bilge water?
Yes. The nitrile impeller resists oil, which makes it better suited to bilge service than a neoprene impeller.
Q: Why won't my pump self-prime?
The most common cause is an air leak on the suction side. Check every hose clamp and fitting between the pickup and the pump.
Q: Is there a 12V version of this pump?
Yes. Order the 23610-3003 for 12V systems; they are otherwise the same pump.
Q: Can it be used with fuel?
No. Never use it for gasoline, petroleum products or any liquid with a flash point below 100 F (37 C).
