Jabsco 18709-0000 Retaining Ring

Retaining rings snap into a machined groove to locate a bearing, shaft or seal and stop it moving along its axis. A ring that has been sprung open, distorted or corroded will not hold properly, so fit a new one whenever the pump is rebuilt.
