Jabsco 18370-0000 2 in Bronze Pedestal Pump
The Jabsco 18370-0000 is a 2 in bronze pedestal pump, supplied bare shafted for belt or direct drive, with a 17936-0001 neoprene flexible impeller, a 6408-0000 mechanical seal, ball bearings with inner and outer bearing seals, and 2 in NPT internal ports. It is the high capacity member of the Jabsco bronze pedestal range, rated at about 83 GPM, and it self-primes and handles small solids.
These bronze flexible impeller pumps self-prime, handle small debris and can be mounted in any position, which is why they are used for bilge, washdown, livewell and transfer duty. Keep suction lines airtight so the pump can prime, drain it before freezing weather, and never let it run dry because the impeller depends on the liquid for lubrication.
