Jabsco 18308-0000 Gasket
The Jabsco 18308-0000 is the genuine gasket for Jabsco 18000 and 18250 series epoxy plastic gear pumps. Two are used in each pump, sealing the body to the end cover and to the bearing housing.
Jabsco 18000 and 18250 series gear pumps have glass filled epoxy bodies and gears, 316 stainless steel wearplates and shafts and carbon sleeve bearings, and they are used to transfer caustics, acids, detergents, inks and other liquids up to about 100 PSI. Worn internal parts show up as lower pressure and flow, so inspect the gears, wearplates, bearings and thrust plates together at every overhaul and never run the pump dry.
