Jabsco 18011-0000 Carbon Sleeve Bearing
The Jabsco 18011-0000 is the genuine carbon sleeve bearing for Jabsco 18000 and 18250 series gear pumps. Three are used in each pump to support the drive and idler shafts, and they are lubricated by the liquid being pumped.
Jabsco 18000 and 18250 series gear pumps have glass filled epoxy bodies and gears, 316 stainless steel wearplates and shafts and carbon sleeve bearings, and they are used to transfer caustics, acids, detergents, inks and other liquids up to about 100 PSI. Worn internal parts show up as lower pressure and flow, so inspect the gears, wearplates, bearings and thrust plates together at every overhaul and never run the pump dry.
