Jabsco 18007-0000 Pump Body for 18000 Series
The Jabsco 18007-0000 is the genuine glass filled epoxy pump body for Jabsco 18000 series gear pumps, including 18000-0000 and 18000-0001, with 3/8 in pipe thread ports. The body holds the gears and forms the pumping chamber. The 18250 series with 1/2 in ports uses body 18248-0000.
Jabsco 18000 and 18250 series gear pumps have glass filled epoxy bodies and gears, 316 stainless steel wearplates and shafts and carbon sleeve bearings, and they are used to transfer caustics, acids, detergents, inks and other liquids up to about 100 PSI. Worn internal parts show up as lower pressure and flow, so inspect the gears, wearplates, bearings and thrust plates together at every overhaul and never run the pump dry.
