Jabsco 17250-0003 Self-Priming Drill Pump
The Jabsco 17250-0003 is the Jabsco self-priming drill pump, a small plastic flexible impeller pump that chucks into a standard 1/4 in or 3/8 in electric drill and pumps up to about 3.5 GPM. It has a stainless steel shaft, a lip seal and 1/2 in hose barb ports, and it comes with two 3/4 in garden hose adapters.
Changing oil through the dipstick tube or a permanently plumbed drain line keeps used oil off the engine and out of the bilge, which is why oil change pumps are standard equipment on many boats. Warm the engine first so the oil flows freely, keep the suction end at the bottom of the sump, and never let a flexible impeller pump run dry for more than a few seconds.

Cold oil is thick. Run the engine for a few minutes first, and keep suction hose runs short.
