Jabsco 16429-0000 Motor Handle Cover
The Jabsco 16429-0000 is the genuine handle cover for the Jabsco drum pump electric motor, the molded cover over the motor handle that the operator holds while the pump is in use. Jabsco 16400 series drum pumps are portable, sealless centrifugal pumps that drop straight into a drum, carboy or vat, with a motor that clamps onto the top of the pump tube. Tubes come in polypropylene, stainless steel, sanitary and PVDF versions in 27, 35-1/2, 40 and 47 in lengths, driven by either an electric motor or an air motor.
Drum pump parts are replaced when a tube is cracked or bent, a shaft is worn or bent, or a motor or fitting has been damaged in handling. Always match the tube length and material to your pump, because the shaft, inner tubes and outer tube are made in matched lengths and materials for each tube model. Flush the pump with clean water or a compatible solvent after use, especially with corrosive liquids, and never run it dry for long periods.
