Jabsco 11818-0001 Replacement Pump Head for 11810 Series
The Jabsco 11818-0001 is the complete replacement pump head for the Jabsco 11810 series bronze utility pump, supplied without a motor. It is the whole pump end in one assembly: bronze body with end cover, neoprene flexible impeller, cam, replaceable wearplate and lip type shaft seal, ready to mount on the 1/3 HP motor and run on the stainless steel sleeve over the motor shaft.
Replacing the complete head is the quickest repair when the body is worn, corroded or cracked from freezing, or when the pump has been run dry and several internal parts are damaged at once. It gets the pump back in service without chasing individual parts, and the ports keep the 3/4 in garden hose connection with an internal pipe thread, so existing hoses and plumbing reconnect as before.

Q: Do I need to grease anything on fitting?
Lubricate the impeller bore with water pump grease and put a light coat of grease on the motor shaft before sliding the head on.
Q: How do I stop it happening again?
Most heads are damaged by freezing or running dry. Drain it before cold weather, and consider the optional vacuum switch for unattended use.
Q: Can it pump oil?
This head has a neoprene impeller for water service. Oils call for a nitrile impeller.
Q: Does it include a motor?
No. It is the complete pump end only, designed to mount on the existing 11810 series motor.
