Finish Thompson M54 M54 Drum Pump Motor 220 to 240 V
Finish Thompson supplies the M54 as a M Series drum and container pump in the motor enclosure. It is the drive unit that mounts on top of a Finish Thompson drum pump tube. The M54 is the single phase drum pump motor for 220 to 240 volt supplies at either 50 or 60 hertz.
The point of a pump like this is that nobody has to lift a drum. Motor and tube are a matched system, so the coupling, the mounting and the power rating all have to correspond, and a motor chosen on power alone will not necessarily fit the tube you have.
