Finish Thompson M5 M5 Drum Pump Motor 230 V
Finish Thompson supplies the M5 as a M Series drum and container pump in the motor enclosure. It is the drive unit that mounts on top of a Finish Thompson drum pump tube. The M5 is the single phase electric drum pump motor for 230 volt supplies, rated for both 50 and 60 hertz so it suits sites either side of the Atlantic.
The point of a pump like this is that nobody has to lift a drum. Motor and tube are a matched system, so the coupling, the mounting and the power rating all have to correspond, and a motor chosen on power alone will not necessarily fit the tube you have.
