Flojet 20132-008 Grommet Kit, Set of 4
The Flojet 20132-008 is the genuine set of four mounting grommets for Flojet pumps. They are the rubber isolators the pump feet sit in, standing between the running pump and the structure it is fastened to.
There is a simple test for whether yours still work. With the pump running, rest a finger on the surface it is mounted to. If you can feel the pump through it, the grommets are no longer isolating anything — either they have hardened with age, been crushed by over-tightened fasteners, or been lost and never replaced. Any of those turns the mounting panel into a sounding board, and a panel makes far more noise than the pump itself ever could.
Fitting new ones takes minutes and costs very little, and it is worth doing whenever a pump is removed for any other reason since the grommets are already out at that point. Do not over-tighten the mounting screws: a grommet squashed solid is mechanically identical to no grommet at all. The pump should sit on its mounts feeling slightly springy rather than locked down hard.

Q: How do I test whether my grommets are still working?

Only if the design calls for them. A washer that bears on the grommet rather than on its shoulder can crush it, which removes the isolation you were trying to preserve.
