March Mag-Drive Centrifugal Pump With 1/8Hp Air Motor
• Simple, versatile and reliable, March AC-3CP-MD and BC-3CP-MD Series pumps feature an “orbital” magnetic drive and leak-proof design. They are rated up to 10 GPM (33 LPM) flow and for heads up to 20.5 ft (4.5 m) (39 ft. [13 m] when driven by an air motor).
• Typical applications include film processors, ice makers, laboratory and medical equipment, vapor degreasers and marine air conditioning systems.
• All screws are type 18-8 stainless. The O-ring gasket is Buna-N rubber on AC models and Viton on BC models. The stationary spindle is ceramic. All plastic parts are Glass Filled Polypropylene Plastic. The thrust washer is ceramic. The Impeller Magnet is encased in Polypropylene on the BC models.
• Series AC-3CP-MD pumps are driven by 1/15 HP (.018 kw), 3200 (60 Hz, air cooled). Series BC-3CP-MD are 3450 rpm (50/60 Hz, blast-cooled), all motors are ball bearing motors. Air motors rated at 1/8 HP (.093 kw) are also available for certain environments. The 230-volt motors are all rated 50/60 Hz.

March Pump's industrial TE-MDK-MT3 is an American sealless centrifugal magnetic drive pump ideal for applications such as chemical recirculation and chemical transfer. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 10 gallons per minute at 1 foot, and its maximum head is 17 feet (or around 7PSI). The standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution) is composed of carbon filled Kynar (PVDF), viton, and ceramic. The inlet connection is 1/2 in male pipe thread, and the outlet is 1/2 in male pipe thread. The standard motor is a 1 phase 115 V or 230V 0.04 horsepower fan cooled motor, which can be run on either 50 or 60 hertz. The maximum internal pressure the pump can tolerate is 75PSI, and the maximum liquid temperature is 200 Fahrenheit or 93 Celsius. The March TE-MDK-MT3 centrifugal magnetic drive pump is capable of handling mildly or highly corrosive chemicals, acids, and solvents.
