CLR Marine collects the following data, company name, your credit card billing address with phone number, fax number, email address and the ship to address.  No customer information will be shared, sold, or otherwise distributed, personal information collected may be transferred to the new owner in the event of a sale. CLR Marine LLC does not participate in any telemarketing or e-mail spam campaigns. All information is strictly confidential.  We due use your email address to notify you of any specials or information we feel you would like to have.  All emails sent by CLR Marine have a area at the bottom of the email to unsubscribe from further emails.

MAP & MRP Pricing

Many manufacturers require that we follow their MAP (minimum advertised price) pricing policy. Minimum advertised price is a way manufacturers enforce pricing structures on their dealers. Dealers can still technically sell products for any price we choose. Dealers are only restricted in the prices we can advertise a product for. MRP pricing is the manufacturers why of keeping the product as a quality item for a certain period.  No item can be sold for less then the MRP price.  When placing a MRP item in your shopping cart you will not see a price difference like you would with a MAP price.

Throughout our website we may have hyperlinked pop-ups linked to information pages. These pop-ups do not contain any advertisements or malicious content. They are strictly information pop-ups that are relevant to the site content and policies of CLR Marine LLC. Pop-ups must be enabled in your browser to view this information.

  

Shipping & Delivery
CLR Marine LLC ships most merchandise UPS, USPS and Fed-X to locations within the United States and to international locations.   We make it our priority to ship same day when the item is in stock.  We do not ship to PO Boxes.  Items being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped via air. In-stock items generally ship within 2-48 hours after receipt of an order except for weekends and holidays. Fed-X and UPS tracking information will be emailed to you once it is available from the carrier and posted on your log-in page on our website and your receipt will be emailed to you again with the tracking number. Any items weighing under 1lb automatically defaults to a shipping weight of 1lb. Our Fed-X, UPS and USPS shipping calculations are real-time rates based upon the shipping location of our warehouse, destination address and zip code. All packages are shipped as residential delivery. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  All orders over $150.00 must be signed for at time of delivery.

 

Sales Tax

 

NO SALES TAX except for items shipped to Michigan

CLR Marine LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped with in the State of Michigan.

  


 

Terms and Conditions 
You may purchase merchandise from this Website by using any one of the payment options listed at the time of check out. No COD's are accepted. You may purchase with a personal or company check, but must wait 10-14 days for the check to clear before we can ship the product. CLR Marine LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice.  Items ordered may not be exactly as pictured on our Web site.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Placing orders constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions stated.

 

CLR Marine is an authorized dealer for the products that we sell.
We only supply factory sealed products.

Returns

All items are inspected before packaging.  Please inspect and test the unit once it is delivered.  If a unit does not operate properly within 10 days of the delivery date, please email us at:

We will work with you to resolve any issue.

In the event of a defective product, we require that you contact us for a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA#) and ask that you place the RMA# clearly and legibly on the shipping container (not the manufacturer's packaging or box) and returned prepaid freight insured with a trackable shipping carrier like UPS or Fed-X to our RMA Handling Center. No returns will be accepted without a RMA#. Please state any defect so that we may test the unit and take appropriate action. Units returned must contain all packaging, box, manuals, and accessories that were supplied on delivery and must be in new re-saleable condition.  The manufacturer’s box must have the UPC code on the box and the manufacturer's box must not be defaced in any manner.  Charges will apply for any missing items, including refusal of item. CLR Marine LLC, at our discretion will determine the appropriate action whether to issue credit or replace the unit. Excessive wear or abuse of the unit will void this policy and no credit will be issued. Non-defective returns are subject to up to a 25% restocking charge. Refused shipments unless authorized by CLR Marine LLC are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Freight charges are not refundable. Any item selected for free ground shipping is shipped UPS ground to your location.  If a return and credit is requested for, a "free ground shipping" offer the credit will be processed minus the standard carrier residential freight charges based on your zip code and our shipping warehouse location and any applicable re-stocking charge. 

 

Why a restocking fee

Restocking fees are now being charged to us by all of our distributors.  These restocking charges cover the following costs. 

1) credit card Fees we pay when you purchase from us.

2) someone processing the order

3) someone picking the order

4) shipping materials

5) someone packing the item in the shipping materials

6) someone opening the returned item

7) someone replacing the item on the shelf 

8) someone processing the return

9) credit card fees we pay when we refund your payment. 

 

This is the cost that is passed on to us by our distributors, so unfortunitly we now have to pass it on to our customers.

 

No returns will be accepted if the serial number / UPC code is removed from the box for the item.

No returns on electronics unless unopened.  
No returns will be accepted if the whole package contents are not included in the return. 
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RMA) or return goods autherization number(RGA). 
No returns will be accepted if the order is refused upon receipt.

No returns will be accepted on any software, including Charts, CD's. 

Special order items and cut lengths of wire, rope, rod, chain, hose, fabric, cables etc. are not returnable.

UPS will not return any hazardous material such as paints, thinners and solvents.

No returns will be accepted on paints, thinners and solvents.

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 

  

If a unit is damaged or lost during shipping please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve this issue with the carrier.  Please contact us within 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from the date of receiving any merchandise.  All freight claims must be settled with the carrier before credit or replacement can be determined.  Properly returned defective merchandise will be replaced at no additional cost to you.  After 30 days, a defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances.  Manufacturers have continually adopted stricter return policies, which we in turn must convey to you. All products sold by CLR Marine LLC are sold with, to the extent that such warranties exist and are transferable, the manufacturer’s limited warranty.  The manufacturer provides all warranties. See owner's manual for details.

Defective Flat Panel LCD TV's must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty and repair service.  Due to the fragile nature of the product, TVs and monitors must be opened and inspected prior to accepting the shipment.  Damage claims will not be paid unless damage is indicated on the freight bill. 

 

Certain items once they are opened are not returnable: Special orders, closeout items and discontinued items for which manufacturers will not accept returns, TV's, batteries, software, memory cards, consumables, storage media, Teleflex and Morse cables.

 

Back Orders
Although we make every effort to prevent shortages or back orders and to immediately remove from our online store those items that sell out of stock, occasionally we will sell out of stock on one or more items more quickly than anticipated, thereby creating a backorder situation. If you order an item whose in-stock inventory reaches zero before we can ship the item to you, within two business days of your ordering the item we will notify you via email of the back order situation and the approximate shipping date. 

 
You Can Order By Mail.

For us to know exactly what you are purchasing, you will need to add all the items you would like to buy to the shopping cart on our Web site, and click the Check Out button. Fill out all the information fields on the order page and then print the page.  Orders placed by mail must be paid for by United States Postal Service Money Order or Bank Cahiers Check ONLY.
