March Pump's industrial 815-PL is an American seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump ideal for applications such as home brewing and hot water systems. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 7 gallons per minute at 5 feet, and its maximum head is 18.6 Feet (or around 8PSI). The standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution) is composed of Polysulfone, Stainless Steel, Teflon, Silicone and Ryton/Teflon/Glass. The inlet connection is 0.5 male pipe thread, and the outlet is 0.5 inch male pipe thread. The standard motor is a 1 Phase 115V or 230V 0.04 Horsepower fan cooled motor, which can be run on either 50 or 60 hertz (there are performance differences between the hertz options). March Pump's industrial 2CP-MD is an American submersible seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 5 gallons per minute at 1 foot, and its maximum head is 13 Feet (or around 5.5PSI). The 2CP-MD pump must be used submerged. The standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution) is composed of Polypropylene, Viton, Stainless Steel, Ceramic, and Ceramic Magnet. When submerged, Epoxy, Buna N, and the Cord are also in contact with the solution. The inlet connection is 0.375 inch female pipe thread and 0.75 inch male pipe thread, and the outlet is 0.25 inch male pipe thread. The standard motor is a 1 Phase 115V or 230V 0.028 Horsepower motor, which can be run on either 50 or 60 hertz (there are performance differences between the hertz options). The maximum internal pressure the pump can tolerate is 50PSI, and the maximum liquid temperature is 130 Fahrenheit or 54 Celsius. March Pump Mag-Drive Centrifugal Pump Kynar Single Phase 2Hp
• March TE-7.5K-MD Series pumps are the only ones in the March product line with all molded parts constructed of natural Kynar. This makes them ideal for super sensitive applications where even a trace of foreign matter is unacceptable, such as microchip manufacturing. Various bushing materials are available for such applications where purity of solutions is critical.
• Flow rates range from 10 GPM (35 LPM) minimum to 82 GPM (268 LPM) maximum. Head ranges from 0 ft. to a maximum of 85 ft. (18m). Other application examples include plating equipment and D.I. water systems.
• Standard with the March TE-7.5K-MD Series pump is a 2 HP (1.49 kw), 230/460-volt, three-phase, totally enclosed motor. Severe duty and explosion-proof motors are also available. Standard port configuration is a 2" MPT inlet with a 1 1/2" MPT outlet.
• All plastic parts of the pump are molded out of natural Kynar (PVDF). The stationary spindle and Thrust Washers are made of porcelain ceramic. The O-ring for the housing is Viton rubber. The bushings in the impeller Assembly are carbon. There are no other materials in contact with the solution.

• Simple, versatile and reliable, March AC-3CP-MD and BC-3CP-MD Series pumps feature an “orbital” magnetic drive and leak-proof design. They are rated up to 10 GPM (33 LPM) flow and for heads up to 20.5 ft (4.5 m) (39 ft. [13 m] when driven by an air motor).
• Typical applications include film processors, ice makers, laboratory and medical equipment, vapor degreasers and marine air conditioning systems.
