Features:
Material: Nitrile
Drive Type: Spline Drive
Number of Blades: 9
Dimensions: Diameter: 3-3/4", Shaft Diameter: 1", Shaft Width: 3-1/2"
Jabsco flexible impellers can be fitted to most makes and models of bronze flexible impeller engine cooling, bilge, transfer and general purpose pumps.
Jabsco flexible impellers are subjected to rigorous quality processes to ensure reliable, efficient and long lasting performance.
Replace all impellers at least once every year, or sooner, depending on the engine duty. When the installation is correct an impeller may last for several years, but it is always advisable to stick to a schedule of preventative, rather than corrective, maintenance.
Replacing impellers is easy. By removing the end cover screws, it is possible to remove the impeller by using either a Jabsco Impeller Removal Tool, or channel lock pliers, to grip the hub of the impeller. Don?t use screwdrivers as they may damage the face of the pump body, causing leaks, and they can be dangerous in confined spaces.
Always carry spare impellers on board in case of emergency. The impeller is one of the most vital components of the engine cooling system and should always be treated as such.
Always grease new impellers. Firstly, it makes it easier to install the impeller into the pump bore, and secondly it gives added protection to the impeller during initial prime. After replacing the gasket and end cover the pump is ready to use.

Applications for the MDX-3-1/2 Magnetic Drive Pump include etching equipment, photographic processing equipment, ice flakers, plate processors, and marine air conditioning.
March Pump's industrial MDX-3-1/2 is an American seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump ideal for applications such as chemical recirculation and chemical transfer. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 8 gallons per minute at 1 foot, and its maximum head is 19 Feet (or around 8PSI). The standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution) is composed of Polypropylene, carbon filled Kynar (PVDF), Ryton Buna N, Stainless Steel, and Ceramic Magnet. The inlet connection is 0.5 inch smooth, and the outlet is 0.5 inch smooth. The standard motor is a 1 Phase 115V or 230V 0.04 Horsepower fan cooled motor, which can be run on either 50 or 60 hertz (there are performance differences between the hertz options). The maximum internal pressure the pump can tolerate is 50PSI, and the maximum liquid temperature is 190 Fahrenheitor 87 Celsius. The March MDX-3-1/2 centrifugal magnetic drive pump is capable of handling mildly or highly corrosive chemicals, acids, and solvents.

Auto Glide Boat Leveling System for Single Actuator Tab Systems w/Existing NMEA 2000
A Real Automatic Boat Control / Trim Tab Control System that actually works - completely & automatically!
The Auto Glide system controls your trim tabs from the time you leave your dock until you come home again!
The Auto Glide uses engine data and GPS data (depending on your installation method) to drive your boat to the most efficient running angle by adjusting your Lenco trim tabs as needed. This optimum running angle is determined during the set-up process after the installation of your Auto Glide system.
Imagine that your boat's running angle is measured 25 times per second and this data is used by the new Auto Glide control box to:
Automatically put your boat in the most efficient running angle.
Reduce the amount of bow rise of your boat during hole shot mode.
Eliminate bow porpoising (bow bounce).
Keep your boat level at all times.
These actions will result in a smoother ride and the best possible fuel efficiency.
The Auto Glide has 3 automatic operational modes, 4 automatic settings, and 2 manual operational modes. Although you will most likely keep your Auto Glide in automatic mode, you may immediately convert to manual mode simply by pressing one of the 4 up/down buttons on the key pad.
The main components are the Auto Glide Key Pad, the Auto Glide Control Box, the Control Box Main Harness, and various cables. These cables connect the Auto Glide system to your engine(s), to your GPS unit, your network, and/or a Stand Alone GPS Antenna/Receiver.
Boat must have Lenco Single Trim Tab System with Lenco Electric Actuators. This is a MUST in all applications.
For Aftermarket Systems:
The Lenco Glide System will work on ALL boats with ALL engines. GPS data is used to provide data to control box. Optional connection to NMEA 2000 Network is included. For OEM System:
For OEM System:
Connection to analog systems is available.
Connection to CANbus-based engines is available. See list below.
Boat must have NMEA 2000 GPS network or NMEA 2000 antenna receiver.
NMEA 0183 will work, but will have slower signal response. Lenco offers a NMEA 2000 GPS antenna receiver and optional stainless steel mounting bracket.

PRO Shaft Seal 1-3/4" Shaft & 3-1/2" Tube
The PSS PRO Shaft Seal is a mechanical face seal utilizing our proven stainless steel and carbon sealing components but adds reinforced silicone bellows, a secondary shaft retention collar, 316 Stainless Steel hose clamps (rolled edges and non-perforated), and an optional Nitronic 50 rotor upgrade (for highly corrosive environments). Designed specifically for applications that will require increased durability and resistance to harsh, corrosive, high pressure, and otherwise demanding environments. The PSS PRO Shaft Seal is a specialized mechanical seal suitable for various applications, with unmatched performance.
As with PSS Type A & B Seals, The PRO Shaft Seal is a mechanical face seal. The sealing surface is created between the flat surfaces of the rotating stainless-steel rotor and the stationary carbon flange. The stationary carbon flange is attached to a heavy-duty silicone bellows attached to the vessel’s stern tube (shaft log), with 316SS hose clamps. The stainless-steel rotor is fitted on the shaft in front of the carbon flange and is used to compress the bellows, the rotor is then secured to the shaft with set screws, and the shaft retention collar is installed. This compression (pre-load) maintains constant contact between the two mating faces of the stainless-steel rotor and carbon flange, allowing the PSS to compensate for the variable axial movement due to propeller thrust. In addition, the carbon flange is over-bored to the shaft diameter allowing it to "float" around the shaft and thus compensate for most misalignment and vibration from the drive-line. The stainless-steel rotor is sealed to the shaft by two O-rings recessed into the rotor's bore. These O-rings rotate with the shaft and the stainless-steel rotor and therefore do not experience wear during operation.
Specifications:
Temperature Limits: -13°F to 425°F (-25°C to 220°C)
Pressure Limits: 40 PSI (2.75 BAR)
Shaft RPM Limits: 10,000 RPM

Bellow Material: Molded formed silicone / fabric
Product Dimensions:
Shaft Dia. (A) 1-3/4"

PSS Shaft Seal Maintenance & Parts Replacement Kit
FOR 1 1/2" SHAFT 3 1/2" TUBE
As with any rubber hose below waterline, the PSS bellows must be inspected
on a regular basis for any sign of wear, aging or chemical deterioration.
The PSS bellow should be replaced in six year intervals. During bellows
replacement it is recommended the o-rings & set screws in the stainless
steel rotor also be replaced.
Bellows may need to be more frequently inspected in an environment where
non-sealed batteries emit sulfuric acid. Sulfuric acid vapor will accelerate
rubber deterioration, as will an ozonater.
The Maintenance Kit includes the items you need to properly maintain your
PSS Shaft Seal. Included in the kit is one (1) PSS bellow, two (2) O-rings,
five (5) set screws, four (4) new hose clamps and an allen key.
