iKonvert NMEA 2000 Gateway with ISO Interface The iKonvert NMEA2000-0183 Gateway/Converter is an intelligent and flexible gateway for allowing new NMEA2000 equipment to talk to legacy NMEA0183 equipment. Conversions are bi-directional, so whether you want to get the data from older NMEA0183 sensors on to your NMEA2000 network or you have added a new NMEA2000 only MFD and want it to send GPS and Navigation data to your older NMEA0183 VHF and Autopilot, iKonvert will  accurately and intelligently carry out the required data conversions. BM100 Battery Monitoring Solution The BM100 is a complete system comprising SmartShunt and the veKonvert NMEA 2000 interface. It is part of Digital Yacht’s iSeaSense range of NMEA 2000 boat instruments. With this solution, your multi-function display becomes a sophisticated battery and energy management system. Features Digital Yacht’s BM100 battery monitoring system allows highly accurate DC voltage, current, and capacity measurements, enabling reliable monitoring of your boat’s battery and electrical system. Core to the system is the SmartShunt. It measures battery voltage and current. NavAlert NMEA Monitor & Alarm System NavAlert is Digital Yacht’s latest innovation and allows an alarm to be set for any parameter that’s available on the boat’s NMEA 2000 network. That could be navigation data such as depth, heading, or speed, as well as electrical data such as voltage and engine/generator data including temperature, pressure, tank levels, fuel flow, etc. It connects anywhere on the NMEA 2000 network and takes power from this connection, so installation is super simple. A local WiFi network is created by NavAlert, so setup is possible via any smartphone, tablet, or PC. Simply choose the parameter to monitor and set an alarm level. Alarms/Alerts Integrated into NavAlert is a custom alarm for anchor drift using an algorithm to calculate the optimum drift radius based on depth and the scope of the chain for reliable notifications. There’s also an anti-collision alarm based on CPA (closest point of approach) and TCPA (time to the closest point of approach) AIS data from a connected AIS. These alerts can also be monitored through the wireless interface with attractive graphical displays of current status. Alarms can also generate an SMS message, which can be relayed through Digital Yacht’s 4GXtream internet connectivity solution, allowing remote monitoring, which is great for feeling secure that the anchor is holding well when enjoying a lunch ashore. Everything is included as two main starter packs for easy installation and ordering.  No app is needed either as the iSeaSense wireless server creates powerful graphical and numeric display pages that can be viewed via a browser on any device. iSeaSense includes the WND100 wind sensor with 20m cable and an interface to “T” directly to the NMEA 2000 backbone.  It means there’s no heavy NMEA 2000 cabling to the top of the mast and no need for complex mast top terminations for the Wind Sensor. iSeaSense also includes depth, speed, and temperature sensors.  A spatial sensor is also included for detecting pitch and roll and there’s a sophisticated algorithm for calibrating boat speed information based on heel. A full NMEA 2000 backbone cabling back the wireless interface for connectivity and a spare cable and connection point for additional NMEA 2000 devices are included. With NMEA 2000, expanding the system is easy and you can add any Digital Yacht’s instruments such as GPS, AIS, electronic compass, and more. You can also send the instrument data to your NMEA 2000 chart plotter or display. iSeaSense features an easy-to-use web interface.  No apps are required. Simply open the browser on a connected device, navigate to iSeaSense.local, and the optimized touchscreen display is ready. You can calibrate the wind sensor via the iSeaSense web interface and also displays true and apparent wind speed and angle plus VMG calculations. The web interface works on iOS, Android, PC, Linux, and MAC – any standard web browser as well as e-ink displays like Kindle and e-book. It supports up to 3 connected devices with super fast 5Hz updates.
