Marine Navigation & Instruments, Supplies and Equipment
With a wide variety of Marine Navigation equipment and Instruments, we can help you find your location on the waterways, avoid hazards, and be respectful of other boaters. The accessories you have on your boat are important, but very few of them are as valuable as the AIS systems, autopilots, black box modules, and other options you can choose from when you want to make sure you can find your way there and back again while staying away from areas that could mean running aground or experiencing other dangers. We offer many types of navigation equipment, including cameras - network video, ice flashers, and marine monitors.
Depending on where you are going to be boating and what you plan to do with your time on the water, you can also find a fishfinder/sounder - color or a fishfinder/sounder - mono that will be right for you, along with GPS - chartplotters, GPS - fishfinder combos, or a GPS - track plotter. Network accessories and network capable displays are available, and we have a selection of night vision, software, transducers and transducer accessories, and weather fax equipment. If you need radar - stand alone options or radar domes / arrays, look no further than right here, where the selection is good and so are the prices.

"An easy to install Class B AIS transponder with plug 'n play NMEA 2000 interface. Built in GPS antenna and ideal for use on smaller yachts and boats like RIBs and center consoles."
The AIT1500N2K is a Class B AIS transponder with built in GPS antenna to make installation as easy as possible. The super sensitive design allows below deck mounting on GRP boats such as small yachts, RIBs and center consoles and cuts down on antenna clutter. It connects to your boat's electronics via a plug 'n play NMEA 2000 connection and power is also taken from the NMEA 2000 backbone. Simply connect a VHF antenna (or use our SPL2000 AIS-VHF antenna splitter) and you're equipped with Class B AIS.
Once installed, your AIS compatible plotter will show an overlay of targets and you'll transmit your position every 30 seconds when underway to other AIS users. There's also a USB interface for PC/MAC connectivity which can be used for programming the transponder with your boat details.
The AIT1500N2K features a waterproof and tough enclosure with 4 LED indicators to show the status of the transponder.
Features:
Shares the same latest generation AIS technology as our AIT2000 and AIT3000 units
Plug and Play NMEA2000 interface (takes power from network)
Compatible with all AIS ready chart plotters
Internal GPS antenna for easy installation on fibreglass (GRP) hulled boats
Built-in high performance 50 channel GPS receiver (ideal also as a backup GPS)
USB Interface for simple plug and play connection to a PC or Mac
Requires VHF antenna or dedicated AIS antenna (available as optional accessory) or splitter (SPL2000)
Supplied with programming software for PC/Mac and SmarterTrack Lite for Windows
Easy to install black box solution
NOTE - AIS target range, like VHF range is dependent upon a number of installation factors such as; antenna gain, antenna height and size of ground plane. Ranges in excess of 20 miles should be possible if all of these factors are perfect.
This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer directly with any issues or concerns.

NMEA 2000 Starter Cable Kit
Nearly every new marine electronics product has an NMEA2000 interface now, but it is still “black magic” to many boat owners and even fairly technical users struggle to understand NMEA2000 and what is needed to make products work correctly together.
With Digtial Yacht's large range of AIS, often the first add-on device to make a boat owner think about NMEA2000, we are regularly asked “what do I need to make it work?” This prompted Digital Yacht to create a cost effective and smart NMEA2000 Starter Kit that is ideal for smaller boats but can also be easily expanded in the future.
There are other starter kits on the market, but none offer three device connection, metal connectors and a smart 4-Way T-Piece at such a good price.
By utilizing the NMEA2000 standard “Micro C” type connectors, users can easily add and expand to this Starter Kit as their installation grows or simply buy two or more kits for a larger install, still cheaper than buying the parts separately.
Features:
Everything you need in one box
Smart 4-Way T-Piece “Backbone”
1M (3') Power Cable with in-line fuse
1M (3') “Drop Cable”
Pair of removable network terminators
Allows three devices to be connected
Standard “Micro C” connectors make it very easy for future network expansion
Metal connectors and reduced T-Piece connections, improve reliability

GPS160 TriNav Sensor w/iKonvert NMEA 2000 Interface Bundle
The GPS160, a high performance positioning sensor using GPS, Galileo and Glonass satellite systems for exceptional positioning accuracies and redundancies.
TriNav technology allows all three systems to be simultaneously utilized for navigation. The device can also be field programmed for a variety of modes such as single GNSS operation (eg Galileo only) as well as output configurations such as update rate, NMEA sentence structure etc
The GPS160 is available with a NMEA 0183 output (4800, 38400 and 115200 baud programmable) and a USB variant for PC, MAC and Linux. For NMEA 2000 systems, a bundle is available with iKonvert allowing easy and flexible NMEA 2000 installation without the need for cumbersome drop cables.
The GPS160 also support an external MOB switch or device. When activated, it creates a “synthesized” AIS SART MOB message on the NMEA output which can be interfaced with a local plotter for MOB identification.
The GPS160 supports GPS, Glonass and Galileo positioning. Our TriNav technology is used to combine signals from all three systems to compute the best possible fix accuracy and reliability.
Galileo is the global navigation satellite system (GNSS) that has been developed over the past two decades. It joins the GPS and GLONASS systems and offers mariners a 3rd reliable positioning source. It is planned to be fully operational in 2020.
Features:
72 channel GPS, Glonass and Galileo GNSS positioning receiver
Typically sub 1m accuracy thanks to TriNav technology –combines all satellite data for optimum accuracy
Can be configured as dedicated GPS, Glonass or Galileo only device
Sophisticated anti-spoofing algorithm for robust positioning performance and interference rejection
Available in NMEA 0183, NMEA 2000 (with iKonvert interface)and wireless (with WLN10SM) variants
GPS160USB also available with USB connection for PC/MAC
User/field selectable 4800, 38400 and 115200 baud operation through simple internal DIP switches
Multiple formats of NMEA data output including datum information –user configurable through internal DIP switches
Up to 18Hz update rate (user selectable)
Ultra low (<20mA) power consumption at 12V DC
Input for MOB switch/system – when activated generates synthetic AIS MOB NMEA output to activate MOB position on plotter
Professional system (ECDIS) support with datum sentence structure (DTM/GBS/GNS/GRS/GSA/GST)
Puck installation or fits 3rd party industry standard 1” x 14 TPI threaded mount
