12-12-3i Power Stabilizer
Feed sensitive electronics with proper voltage, regardless of the battery condition. This stabilizing converter provides continuous, precisely regulated output over the entire range of a battery’s usable voltage. This prevents subjecting loads to fluctuating input voltage, which can cause shutdown, diminish performance, and possibly damage sensitive circuitry.
This converter provides total input/output isolation, virtually eliminating conducted line noise and permitting the connection of negative ground gear to positive or floating ground systems, or vice versa. It can be modified for use as a battery charger, allowing them to maintain a battery at a great distance from the primary voltage source, providing reserve power if the main source fails. The rugged anodized aluminum case is ideal for marine applications.
Application Benefits Include:
Operate electronics at optimal input voltage, even from nearly drained batteries
Boost voltage to compensate for voltage drops in long wire runs from batteries
Eliminate voltage drops during momentary high current drain from batteries, as during engine start
Eliminate voltage fluctuation from charge sources
Eliminate voltage overshoot due to sudden removal of high current load

PowerPod Pre-Cut for Furuno NavNet TZTouch3 12″ (TZT12F)
PowerPods are better than bracket mounting. Sturdy and secure, yet clean and attractive, PowerPods position your fishfinder/chartplotter at a 20-degree viewing angle. PowerPods provide the clean look of flush mounting with the advantages of a swivel base.
PowerPods are now available in two color options. All models are available in high gloss white, and many models (PP4400-C, PP4500-C, PP4600-C, PP4800-C, PP4900-C, PP5050-C, PP5100-C, PP5200-C, PP5920-C Series) are also available in black carbon print. Constructed out of durable ABS like all Gen3 NavPods, these new black carbon models have the same high gloss finish with UV stability.
NavPods are made to protect your marine electronics from the harshest of wet boating conditions. All NavPods are manufactured with a double gasket system that provides an excellent watertight seal. PowerPods keep the spray off the electrical connections on the back of your fishfinder/chartplotter, assuring reliability and longevity of your marine electronics.
Your fishfinder/chartplotter is easily flush mounted into the pre-cut face of the PowerPod. The base has a large opening (1.1″ for PP4100, PP4400, PP4500, PP4600 Series; 1.8″ for PP4800, PP4900, PP5030, PP5050, PP5060, PP5100, PP5200, PP5920 models) to provide plenty of room for running wires and connectors through the base to conceal them from the elements. This provides protection for wires and connectors from water intrusion, UV exposure, or damage from getting snagged and ripped out of their sockets.
All NavPods come with a security wrench and Nickel Chrome-Plated Stainless Steel tamper-resistant screws for a little bling and a lot of security. PowerPod pre-cut models are available for most 7″, 9″, 12″ and 16″ displays from all major marine electronic manufacturers. NavPod backs up its commitment to quality by offering a 10-year warranty on all Gen3 NavPods.
PowerPods: Protection, Convenience, Security.

PP5030-01 PowerPod Pre-Cut for Humminbird ION 12.1"
PowerPods are designed for the serious boater who is blasting offshore. He demands the most from his boat and his electronics. He needs a tough and rugged mount to protect vital electronics from the harshest of offshore boating conditions. Sturdy and secure, yet clean and attractive, PowerPods are better than bracket mounting. Over 70 Pre-Cut PowerPods are available for all popular manufacturers products. 1.8" opening in the swivel tube provides plenty of room for running wires and connectors through. PowerPods are positioned at a 20 degree tilt back viewing angle.
PowerPods for Sail are for mounting on a flat surface. Perhaps under the dodger or aft end of the cockpit table especially on boats with dual wheels.
The Hi-Gloss Material
NavPods are manufactured with a custom co-extruded acrylic capped ABS material. We use the absolute best UV resistant material that provides a very high gloss white finish that matches gel-coated fiberglass. The Gen3 enhancements now include a thicker gauge material that improves strength and provides for better structural rigidity.
The Waterproof Seal
All NavPods are manufactured with a double gasket system providing an excellent watertight seal between the front and back of the NavPod for protection of your Marine Electronics. NavPods are made to withstand the harshest of wet offshore boating conditions. Gen3 enhancements include a thicker external silicone gasket with improved flush fit. The internal EPDM gasket is now 50% thicker and is not subject to "compression set" like many rubber compounds. This is important when you need to open the NavPod in the future to service your electronics.
The Nickel Chrome Plated Screws
We use all stainless steel mounting hardware that is supplied with each NavPod. Large round head tamperproof screws have deeper sockets for the NavPod wrench for better holding ability when tightening than the previous screws. For Gen3 we provide nickel chrome-plated stainless steel tamperproof screws for security combined with a little bling!
The Manufacturing Process
Heavy-gauge thermoforming is considered an art since many processes come into play. It all starts with the design and development of the tooling. We are fortunate to have experienced in-house design engineers who utilize CAD programs like Solidworks, Catia and AutoCad. Surfcam is used to interface with our CNC machining centers to produce quality tools with precision tolerances.
Our Commitment to Quality
We are committed to producing the best possible waterproof housing for Marine Electronics. Now with two decades of experience under our belt, we are confident you will have years of trouble free service and a long lasting high gloss finish. We will stand behind our commitment by now offering a 10-year warranty on all new Gen3 NavPods.

Haight Pump 10U-N Pump W/Neo Lip Sl No R/V
Features
Pump Body:Ductile Iron
Shaft Seal:Neoprene Lip Seal
Port Size:Inlet Port is 1 inch NPT
Discharge Port is 1 inch NPT
GPM 10
The Haight 10U-N is a Ductile Iron Gear Pump, square flanged Pump End Only less motor, 10 GPM rated, with Ductile Iron Construction, Neoprene Lip Seal, Steel Shaft, Steel Gears, Iron Rotor and Bearings. The standard construction materials of this pump are Ductile Iron Housing, Steel Shaft and Pinion Gears, Iron Rotor and Bearings, Buna N Lip Seals and Elastomers. These gear pumps have a Gear within a gear internal design and is very effective at handling a broad range of applications while operating at standard motor speeds, and reducing wear. Both of these operating characteristics play an important role in minimizing overall capital investment, and operating expenses. Compact rugged, and easy to maintain, these pumps are ideally suited to close-coupled mounting, or direct mounting to the motor. These pumps can operate at standard motor speeds, eliminating the need for pulleys/gear reducers. The involute gear design offers excellent suction characteristics, and minimizes noise and reduces internal bypassing It comes standard with self-lubricating gramix iron bearings, and easy to maintain Buna-N lip seals. The seals are installed in the UniverSeal design for simple and quick replacement, or change to alternate seal style. This is just the bare pump end, but there are optional mounting brackets which are designed for in-line mounting with standard NEMA frame size motors or bedplate mounting. These pumps are self-priming and will develop up to 27 inches of vacuum. Pumps will operate in either direction, and flow direction in the pump can be changed without disrupting the attached piping, or special tools. The is the standard pump model and it does not come with the relief valve but if required it has the flexibility of a bolt-on, integral Relief Valve assembly (sold as an extra adder) - the relief valve assembly can be added at any time, in the field, with no special tools.
