This Smart Dual Battery Isolator is ideal for dual battery applications. Allows two batteries to automatically charge at the same time and then isolates the batteries, ensuring the starting battery is always charged and ready for use. Automatically engages or disengages the circuit at pre-set voltages by sensing the input voltage generated, eliminating the possibility of discharging the primary starting battery. Cut-in voltage: 13.3V. Cut-out voltage: 12.8V. Surge protected. Features an LED indicator to alert the user when the unit is engaged. Constructed of machined brass with a weatherproof injection molded nylon housing and durable silver tipped contacts. Installs with two #8 RH fasteners (included). 12VDC. 140A. IP65 rating.

Argo Diode Battery Isolator - 160AMP - 2 Batteries
Diode battery isolators allow simultaneous charging of two or more batteries from one alternator, without connecting the batteries together. Discharging the accessory battery for example will not result in also discharging the starter battery. The Argo Battery Isolators feature a low voltage drop thanks to the use of Schottky diodes: at low current the voltage drop is approximately 0,3 V and at the rated output approximately 0,45 V. All models are fitted with a compensation diode that can be used to slightly increase the output voltage of the alternator. This compensates for the voltage drop over the diodes in the isolator.
